Pop RIDE

Want to have more fun on a stationary bike? Well this 60-minute class brings all your classic Group Cycling moves along with dance arms and attitude to match. Oh and not to mention the best disco lights.

NOW Pump

Our 60 minute NOW Pump class is a full body strength training session designed to build muscle, improve endurance and increase overall fitness through the use of weights and a barbell. This class helps you develop total body strength by targeting all major muscle groups with controlled, guided movements. Whether you are brand new to weight training or already confident with equipment, our instructors will support your technique and help you feel the gain at a pace that suits you.

Across the full hour, you will work through structured barbell and weight based exercises that raise your heart rate, challenge your muscles and build long term strength. NOW Pump is ideal for anyone wanting to get stronger, improve tone and enjoy an efficient workout that delivers results. Leave feeling energised, confident and proud of what your body can achieve.

Our 1 hour upper body strength class is designed to build power, increase muscular endurance and develop lean muscle through guided training. Across three structured sections, you will work at your own pace while progressing safely towards your goals.

It's time for the battle to commence! Join this Group Cycling class and decide where your loyalties lie. In this class you will take part not only in a great workout, but in a battle for the win. You will see different battles each time (examples include boy bands VS girl bands, genres VS genres, divas VS divas and much more).

Ride Special - Karen Ride
Workout to one of our signature classes whilst getting insulted and motivated to work harder than ever! Whatever you do, don't talk back to our instructors or they might just bite back worse...

Ride Special - Themed Ride
Be part of a theme when you workout and dress to impress. In THEME RIDE you will cycle through different themes each time you get on your bike. Our seasonal specials are included such as Christmas, Halloween, Clubland and lots more.

Now Strength is a 'get it done' workout that will target your whole body from top to bottom! We will show you how to use hand weights, body weight and resistance bands to build muscle in your upper and lower body.

Set to motivating music and running at 60-minutes, this class is for newbies and those experienced in strength training. No complicated moves, just progressive overload to train your shoulders, arms, chest, core, back, quads and glutes and you will work up a sweat and get some added bonus cardio through our high-repetition intervals.
